2. Fees and Payments

  • Pricing: All prices for coffee, tea, and merchandise are subject to change without notice.

  • Payments: We accept major credit cards and authorized digital payment providers. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information.

  • Taxes and Shipping: Applicable taxes and shipping fees will be calculated at checkout. Customers are responsible for any customs duties or import fees on international orders.

  • Message Frequency: Frequency varies. You can expect approximately 2–4 emails per week and up to 2 SMS messages per week.

4. Shipping and Returns

  • Perishables: Due to the nature of coffee and tea, we cannot accept returns on opened food/drink items.

  • Merchandise: Unworn and unwashed merchandise (mugs, apparel, etc.) may be returned within 30 days of purchase.

  • Damages: If your "hug in a mug" arrives broken, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the damage.

5. Conduct Guidelines

We want our community to stay cozy. When interacting with our reviews or social media pages, you agree to:

  • Refrain from using profane, defamatory, or abusive language.

  • Avoid uploading viruses or malicious code that could affect the service.

  • Not "crawl" or "scrape" the site for commercial purposes without permission.

Bear Hug Brew shall not be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct/indirect damages of any kind arising from your use of any of our products. Coffee and tea are hot; please sip responsibly!
