At Bear Hug Brew & Co., we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read our Returns & Refunds Policy carefully to understand your rights and how we handle returns, exchanges, and refunds.


1. Perishable Goods (Coffee & Tea)

Due to the perishable nature of our coffee and tea products, we do not accept returns or exchanges on opened or used items.

However, we will gladly offer a replacement or refund if:

  • You received the wrong item

  • Your order arrived damaged or defective

  • There is a quality issue with the product

To be eligible, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Photos of the product and packaging (if applicable)

We may offer a refund, replacement, or store credit depending on the situation.


2. Non-Perishable Items (Merchandise)

For non-perishable items such as mugs, apparel, brewing equipment, or accessories, we accept returns under the following conditions:

  • Item must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging

  • Return request must be made within 30 days of delivery

  • Proof of purchase is required

Once approved, you will receive instructions on how to return the item.


3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Opened coffee or tea products

  • Gift cards or digital products

  • Sale or clearance items (unless defective)

  • Personalized or custom-made items


4. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account

Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.


5. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect.

6. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service. We are not responsible for lost returns.


7. Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of purchase, provided they have not yet been processed or shipped.

Once an order has shipped, it falls under our standard return policy.
